Due to ongoing development and support costs, we are no longer able to provide the Extractor as a free tool to school districts.  However, we have set up a pricing structure that will be affordable to any district - large or small - that depends on the Extractor's powerful features.

As always, districts who subscribe to Data Driven Classroom's paid services get the Extractor for FREE.

Licensing for the Extractor is simple and fair.  Just ask yourself one question:

How many rows do I need to extract?

For example, if your district's STAR file contains 250 rows, you will need a 250 row license.

Total Cost: $0.25 per row needed + $199 support & updates for six months

You pay a total of $261.50 for the Extractor for a maximum row limit of 250 and 6 months of support and updates. 

This is a one-time fee.  Once you pay for the 250 row license, you can import, extract, and merge files as many times as you want - but you will only be able to handle 250 rows at the same time.  The $199 support and maintenance fee can be renewed every 6 months.

If you find later that you need to handle more rows at the same time, you just pay the difference in the "per row" fee.
