I've tried to download and install several times.  A box pops up and goes away.  It says "Checking Integrity (MD5)..."  Another person gave me a copy of their install file that worked for their machine, XP Pro just like mine.  What's up with my machine?  Is their a different place to download the installer file?  Thanks in advance for the help.

Try disabling your virus protection/firewall on your computer, then run the installer. You might also want to disable your network connection during this process. Also, confirm that you have administrator privileges on your computer. We have not seen this particular error...it appears to be related to settings or protection software on your computer. Please let us know if this resolves the problem.

Thank you.  I figured it out.  I added the installer - DDCExtractor21.exe - to the list of trusted programs in McAfee.
