Support Options for the Extractor

Data Driven Classroom provides multiple levels of support for users with a current Support and Updates Subscription: 

  • Live Telephone Support: Free telephone support is provided during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.  Call our primary support number at 1-877-778-4191.  If a support technician does not answer, please leave a message with your name and phone number - you will usually receive a call back the same day.
  • Email Support: Free email support is also provided during normal business hours.  Email us at support@datadrivenclassroom.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.  Please give as many details about your problem as you can so we can research it before we get back to you.
  • Frequently Asked Questions:  Many simple questions about The Extractor can be answered by viewing our FAQs page.  We have posted questions that have been asked previously by other users of the system.  Many questions about user accounts, passwords, and emails can be found here.  Click here to go to our FAQs.
  • Tutorials: If you want to learn how to accomplish a particular task in the Extractor, Tutorials is the place to look.  We have compiled a set of tutorials for the some of the most common tasks performed in the Extractor.  If you are looking to answer a question such as "How do I export this data to Excel?", or "How do I merge 2 different files?", then Tutorials has the answers for you!  Click here to go to our Tutorials.
